Fix-O-Bond is a waterborne Epoxy Resin as replacements over the traditional solvent based coatings. Fix-O-Bond is specially formulated for bonding of old concrete and new concrete, old concrete and old concrete or such structural joint bonding. It complies with ASTM 881 87, TYPE - II.

• Greater tensile strength than concrete
• Bonding capacity similar to M 30 grade concrete
• Usable for concrete and mortar Bonding agent
• After mixing the material must be used within 4 hours.
• Normal and long pot life advantageous to users
• Excellent bonding to most building materials.
• Suitable for application on damp surface.

• The surface to be treated must be cleaned with wire brush, chisel, hard and soft duster etc. very properly and cleaned from all dust, dirt, loose and adhering particles, oil, grease etc
• Should be free from stagnant or standing water
• Surface to be roughened properly
• Both the component A and B to be mixed properly till it achieve uniformity
• Over the clean and prepared surface FIX-O-BOND to be applied with brush or roller
• After application of FIX-O-BOND fresh concrete to be poured within 1-2 hours.
